Family physicians are conscientious profesionals who care about their work and their patients. They treat vulnerable patients suffering from various and complex pathologies. They work in a multidisciplinary team in close collaboration with a team made up of :

The clinic participates in the Primary Care Access Point  Program (GAP).

The Primary Care Access Point (Guichet d’accès à la première ligne, GAP) helps people without a family doctor to obtain a medical consultation or a health service. To benefit from it, you must:

When you contact the Primary Care Access Point, your request is assessed in order to refer you to the professional or medical service that best meets your need, such as seeing a doctor, talking with your pharmacist or joining a support program.

Obtaining a health service from the GAP

Patients benefit from a whole range of care :

  • Consultation for work accident, CNESST
  • SAAQ form for driving
  • Treatment of warts by cryotherapy
  • Abscess drainage
  • Wound repair
  • Excision of foreign bodies
  • Minor surgery

The clinic offers the services of seasoned specialists with expertise in various health fields. Customers benefit from the services of :

  • Neurology : electromyogram test ( EMG )
  • Endocrinology : monitoring of diabetes, thyroid disease and all endocrine problems
  • General internal medicine : monitoring of complex medical problem, arterial hypertension, kidney disease etc..

One of our family doctors, Dr Kailin Adam, follows up the pediatric clientele. She is particularly interested in children of all age groups, children 0 – 5 years old and school-age children 5 – 17 years old.

We have in house SNPs who have the necessary qualifications to evaluate your health, prescribe medication and interpret the results from diagnostic tests.

A new pregnancy follow-up service is now available at Clinique La Patrie!

This service is linked to the gynecology-obstetrics team at Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont (HMR)!

You will receive personalized care from a family doctor (Dre Adam), 2 IPS (Andrée-Anne and Rosalie) and 1 nurse clinician (Jessica) throughout your pregnancy.

The delivery will be completed by the team of gynecologists and obstetricians at HMR.This university hospital has a team of specialized doctors on site (including anesthesia and neonatology specialists) who will take care of you and your baby if required. You will have the opportunity to choose your birth plan, and it will be respected throughout your delivery.
