The La patrie Medical Clinic is an affiliated FMG. It is composed of a dynamic team of family physicians, specialist physicians, a nurse clinician, 2 nurse practitioners and 2 nursing assistants.
The physicians follow up on patients, including vulnerable clients, and provide walk-in services. These follow-ups are done in interdisciplinarity with the nurses.
The nursing assistants provide triage at the walk-in clinic in collaboration with the family physicians and take blood samples.
This team of health care professionals have set up a mother-child clinic and a women’s health clinic.
We are open to other specific clinic projects that meet the needs of the region’s population. For example, a nutrition clinic project for metabolic diseases, pregnancy follow-up, etc.
Because of its geographical location, across from the Rosemont metro station, in the Petite Patrie sector, the clinic is accessible by public transportation, by bicycle and even on foot, for those living nearby (La petite Patrie, Le plateau Mont-Royal and Outremont).
